I have a list of domain names that I made a few years ago that I always wanted to buy. Some were already being used by someone else so I had to wait until they came up for sale. And as luck would have it, I was able to purchase one of those domains on my list this morning. It’s listed at the bottom of the domains list that you can find on this page HERE.
The domains listed are ALL for sale for NOW. And the prices that I’m selling them for is not that expensive when you consider that domains increase in value each year. And some more than others if you put them to good use and then sell them later. That’s called conditioning. You use the domain name for awhile and make it worth something and then sell it at a later date when the appraisal value for it has gone up. I have done that with many domains in the past. I sold one domain many years ago for $800 dollars. That was way before the dot com bubble burst and now it’s much harder to find domains for a cheap price like they were years ago. At the time I only spent $20 dollars on that domain name and then turned around and sold it. That’s a pretty good profit off of 1 domain name. And over the years I have held onto domains for that very reason. The older they are, the more they are worth.
