I have had people ask me this question a number of times so I thought I would let you know what a “tag” is.
In simple terms; “A signature tag is an image you add to the end of an email as a way of signing it.”
Signature tags will most likely have a main image added to it along with any other elements to help enhance it. Most people will have there name added to the tags so that when they send an email to a friend or family member they will know who sent them the email. Even grandma’s and mom’s have had tags made for them with simple words like; “Grandma” and/or “Mom” added to them.
Now this may seem a little silly to you to add an image to the end of an email as a way of signing it, but think for a minute of the one you’re sending the email to. Imagine there surprise when they receive an email with one of these tags added to it. This would undoubtedly make there day and put a smile on there face. Because even it it might seem silly to some of us, it might make someone else very happy. Also, if the person you’re sending the email to has had a bad day, imagine how a simple tag added to the end of an email might actually cheer them up a bit. It’s something to think about, right?
Anyway, I just thought I would explain what a signature “tag” is and what they are for and how you might use them too. I think I explained it pretty well. At least I hope so, lol.
