Updating my posts

This morning I woke up and started doing one of my usual tasks on my computer. I decided to update all the posts on my site and delete some that were no longer needed. You know, those posts letting you know about one of my sites that I recently updated or something along those lines, lol.  There is no need to have any posts letting you know a site has been updated if the site is no longer online, RIGHT? Yeah, that’s what I thought too so that’s why I decided to remove some posts and update a lot more of them.

Anyway, I am working on some new graphics for my paid members area. Awhile back I was creating some super hero type images and then I thought about making some Harley Quinn and Joker images. So, that’s what I’m doing right now. I have already created all the Harley Quinn images and now I’m working on the Joker. I really like how these images are turning out and as soon as I can, I will create a tag or 2 using these images.

So, we got the floor in the bathroom finished and omg, it looks so nice. But, as luck would have it, now our refrigerator is trying to quit on us. Yesterday it started making this beeping sound so I would have to open the door and hit the reset button on it. Now every few minutes the temperature goes from 33 to 50 degrees and each time it does that it starts making that beeping sound.  All night long I kept hearing that beeping sound and this morning since I reset it the last time, it stopped beeping but the temperature still keeps fluctuating  from 33 to 50 degrees.

Anyway, hubs said we should take a drive to the beach today and start looking for a new fridge because he thinks it’s about ready to quit working. And I agree completely. I opened the orange juice and made me a glass this morning and it was not very cold at all. I just hope all the food inside the fridge stays okay until we can replace it. But I don’t like these temperatures and it keeps jumping from low to high every few minutes.

Okay, I think that about does it for today. I will let you know what happens with the fridge later, lol. Yup, you probably are interested in that tidbit huh? LOL! Take care and hugs,

About My Groups

Today I closed all my online groups and removed 2 of my websites (JunkJournalPaper.com AND PNGTubes.com) and from now on, I will be focusing only on this site. And btw, if I DO have any tags I want to offer for request in the future, I will offer them here at this site. And no, I will not be reopening ANY of my online groups or websites ever again.

One reason for that is because it’s very time consuming running more than 1 website. You have to maintain websites by keeping them updated all the time and I just don’t feel like doing that anymore. And, my 2 online groups (“Mod Girl’s Spice of Life” and “Mod Girl Tags”) were closed because in one group members NEVER wanted to share anything and the other one, well I just got tired of sending tags all the time.

And finally another reason I decided to close all of them is for personal reasons. Life at home isn’t that great. The home we rent is falling apart and our land lady doesn’t want to fix a thing. So we’ve been doing it ourselves, out of pocket, which is getting costly. We just had the pipes fixed in the kitchen and now the bathroom floor needs replaced. Not to mention that hubs breaks are being fixed and the transmission is trying to go out on his truck. So once again, more money out of pocket.

So you see, one of the reasons WHY I try to make a few dollars online is so I can buy stuff I really need or something I might actually want. And why shouldn’t I? I work hard like everyone else does so if I want to make a few dollars by selling some graphics I made what’s wrong with that?

Anyway, I think I’ve said enough. I will get off here now because I have to do some laundry and wash the dishes. And no, we don’t have a dish washer unless you want to call me that, lol. Thanks for stopping by and hugs Mod Girl.

About The Paid Members Area

Waking up this morning I decided to check on something. I wanted to see how many images I had already shared in the paid members area. So, I did a little math and came up with a number: 5,710

That’s about how many images I have already shared. Man, that’s a lot. And each day I am sharing even more which got me to thinking that I should come up with some new images to share. So, that’s what I did. Recently I have come up with some pinup girls wearing funny costumes and they are really funny and cute. Then I was on a pirate theme and made lots of pirate images with pinup girls, old men, animals and even some Captain Jack.

Now I am thinking about creating some other images that can be used in making tags. You know, one of the main reasons why I have been creating all these images is to use them in my tag making. But since I am constantly making images, I thought I would share what I make with others. That’s why I decided to create a paid members area. So I could share them.

Also, I haven’t been making any previews for all the images I’ve been making. Instead, I thought I would just create tags using those images and let others see what they look like. It saves me lots of time that way and keeps me busy making tags too and what’s not to love about that? Lol.
